Titti Titti Bang Bang

I'm really happy right now. I got the chance to put up my flyers at tonight's Titti Titti Bang Bang clubbing event (what a legendary name!!). I'm also allowed to post a Story and tag titti so they can repost me — yay!

I've been really stressed at work lately because we're in the final rush. Still, I try to drive one night a week.

Since my last entry I've handed out lots of business cards and filled up the Instagram channel. Since I don't want to link my personal profile to the company, it's hard for me to advertise on my own channels. Still, I've dropped flyers in FLINTA* spaces and made posts. Yesterday I finally heard back from the magazine an.schläge — they want to publish a piece about FLINTAXI in their August issue. For the summer when I'll be out much more, it's a bit late — but I'm still grateful!

The reactions have been really positive and I'm glad the idea is being received so well. So far FLINTAXI has had exactly one pre-booking for a ride on 28 May at 00:30. Since I'm not constantly out there, it's still faster to book with other taxi services. I use the Uber app myself on weekends, since I don't get bookings through my website or booking number yet. For that, more FLINTA* people would need to know about FLINTAXI and then happen to need a ride exactly when I'm on the road.

At work I also don't dare advertise. I'm in a position of authority over the students, and I'm not sure how the education authority sees it. On one hand it's a great service for kids and their parents — on the other hand it is a business that makes money. I could contact the education authority and ask about the rules around advertising to children.

Otherwise I'm looking forward to celebrating my birthday tonight with my crew. First I need to quickly design a flyer, print and laminate it, and bring it to the venue later.
