WE ARE LIVE!!!

Yesterday, I spent more time refining an Instagram Reel that I wanted to publish today alongside the launch. Between my videographer/editor and me, we invested a total of around 8–9 hours into a single 51-second Reel. Crazy!

The time leading up to today has been incredibly intense in general. Even though I'm technically on vacation. 😅

Anyway, I managed to get some good sleep last night, knowing that the moment I woke up this morning, it was time to get moving again.

A new website is great—but who actually knows about it? Nobody!

So I had to send out a newsletter to all our existing members, asking them to register again. I had to promote the launch on Instagram and train my driver, Erich (75), on the new FLINTAXI platform (we also have an internal portal for our drivers, of course).

That was the moment I truly realized how much work my developer had put into this project. Absolutely incredible. It's honestly amazing that what looks like "just a website" can actually be saved to your phone like an app and behave just like one—with notifications, drop-down menus, and everything else.

Now I'm sitting here, and technically the day is already over—it passed midnight a while ago.

Today came with a lot of emotions.

My perfectionism must have driven my developer absolutely crazy. I kept bombarding him with change requests and bug reports, one after another, often before he'd even had the chance to solve the previous issue.

So, at this point:

A huge sorry!!

The excitement made me so restless. Suddenly there was this thought that, thanks to the advertising, someone might actually book a ride—and what if nobody is out on the road yet? What if Erich is still getting familiar with everything? Then there's the pressure of finally generating revenue.

What if nobody books?

What if the marketing doesn't reach the right people?

Will people share it?

One thing I can definitely say is that Stephan's support made me feel like I wasn't doing this alone.

It'll be okay.

FLINTAXI isn't one of those products that people simply want—it's something people genuinely need. The demand is definitely there.

I just hope people start talking about FLINTAXI, trust the platform, and choose it whenever they need a ride.

I'm simply not a social media expert, and I don't have a marketing budget for these kinds of things. I'm trying to do everything myself, with the help of our community.

That's why I'm grateful every single time someone shares a post or helps spread the word.

Now I'm sitting here, still working through the last few items on my to-do list.

Tomorrow I'll be training another driver on the new FLINTAXI Driver platform.

I'm already looking forward to it!

I also hope tomorrow feels a little calmer emotionally.

Today I noticed just how nervous and excited I really was. I even caught myself having tiny moments of irrational frustration.

For example, I was eating scrambled eggs with a fork, and every time I tried to lift a bite, it fell off before it even reached my mouth. After the fifth attempt, I got so annoyed that I just started aggressively stabbing at my food.

That's when I realized how much tension I was carrying around. I guess my body just needed somewhere to release all that energy.

I probably should have turned that energy into a workout instead. 😄

Which reminds me... exercise has definitely been neglected lately.

But I finally have a gym buddy now—FINALLY! YAY! 🎉

So I'm heading to bed soon because we agreed to meet for training first thing tomorrow morning.
